Not worth it. I have been going here since they first opened. I used to love it. This was my first time back under the new management. It was the worst service I have ever had. On top of that, they now add an 18% gratuity to ever check. So now they can give you any kind of service they choose and their server still gets 18%. I don’t go to any restaurant that adds a gratuity to “EVERY” check – doesn’t matter if you are 1 person or a party of 20. Webster’s definition of gratuity: something given voluntarily or beyond obligation usually for some service. Key word here is VOLUNTARILY. The food is good but due to the service fee charged and the service received – they are a no go place now. I understand they were busy with Mother’s Day but I have been there before when they were busy and I didn’t have to spend 3 hours for pasta, a salad, and a sandwich. Had to ask 4 times for the drinks we ordered. And when 2 table come in after I did and they get their food and leave before I am even served – that is the final straw. So if you decide to go …..good luck with your service and beware that 18% will be added no matter what kind of service you receive.
It's a great place for a date. The decoration is very sweet, it is all pink and a lot of toys. The staff has a great attitude and very patient. I always choose the Yakult and it makes me happy all the time because it is very sweet and tasty. The cake is also delicious, the crepe cake has different tastes and all of them taste good. This is my favorite place to visit!
The place was not too crowded, so we were treated with respect by the waiter, who was polite and took and brought over our orders quickly and efficiently. The food was pretty good and the portions were fine. The general atmosphere of the cafe was calm and the pictures on the walls were both yummy-looking and thought-provoking.
