If you are looking for a SAFE, CLEAN and RELIABLE fitness centre, Omechaye is the option for you. Like most of South Florida, they had to adapt to a new normality, but they have gone over and over to accommodate their members by offering online classes and on-site classes by limiting participation to ensure the security of their members. Masks are required on site and the temperature is taken upon arrival at the reception. The staff is always friendly and politely ready to help and accommodate last minute request. Last but not least, the true hidden gem in Omechaye is the organic fresh cuisine of the chef Pilar, the fresh dishes prepared to eat on site or take home. It also offers customized diets for those who want to jump on a healthier way – from keto to paleo, you certainly not hungry with their daily variety of options. It also offers kosher style.
The whole gym is great! It has everything you can imagine. They have a beautiful spa / salon, they do hair, nails, facial treatments, waxes and various body treatments. I like booking dates and planning everything at the same time. I don't have to go to different places to do all the services. As with the gym, my favorite class is again cursed with Javier, he is great to teach the class and adapt each of his students; it's like you have one on a class with him. Also in the gym there is a very tasty restaurant called Om’echaye cuisine, the food is very healthy and so good!
This yoga studio is extremely welcoming ! Every instructor has taught something new to my practice. The practice at Hot Spot is challenging yet restorative and I love that the instructor come around to guide your body. The space is always clean and the view from the yoga room is beautiful. I love it when I can make it to class with Brendan, Melissa, or Jaine. This studio offers various hours to fit anyone’s schedule and various classes to introduce something new into your practice. I’m so happy I’ve found Hot Spot!
Hello! My name is Mariana Scotti. I love Om’echaye especially because it is a family business and they care about us as if we were part of their family. I've been teaching with Javier for a long time. He is a very talented and professional Iyengar Yoga teacher. I am very grateful that they offer virtual classes during these difficult times. I'm glad to come back soon. I really miss the food.
