The quality of service has tanked over the past few months. The employees don?t follow company standard protocols and any questions are just answered with blank stares and ?I?m new?? but they have really been trained on how to swipe your credit card. I will 100% be going back to local ice cream shops in the Baltimore/Lutherville/Towson area and not this location. I have never been so frustrated when trying to purchase ice cream, the experience is just not worth it.

Staff is always pleasant and helpful. You could tell the young lady at the register had a long day, but she was still pleasant and patient with all the customers, and there were a LOT of them in there, today.

It's really cute! I've never seen those orbeez-looking flavor balls anywhere else before, they taste as good as they look!
