I recognize that there's a significant marketing push aimed at younger customers, but I find the prices to be quite high. At Sweet Frog, even a basic cup of frozen yogurt without any toppings costs a lot, and I could easily head to the grocery store, pick up a pint with a greater variety of flavors, and spend less in total. Also, who is in charge of overseeing those portion sizes? While there are service and cleanliness concerns I could point out, I still believe the experience is overpriced and doesn't offer a decent selection of flavors.
When entering, you must clean your hands and wear gloves when using the fro-yo machines. The toppings are placed on your plate by the staff. As always, the fro-yo is delicious, and they are taking excellent measures in the event of a pandemic.
I did not receive all of the items I ordered. They misinterpreted my order and only delivered one out of the two items I had requested. It was especially concerning as I have two children to feed, not just one.
Little overpriced. Basic flavors of yogurt with few seasonal flavors too. Variety of topping options available.Can't beat the taste, variety and quality of Yogurtland of west coast.

This place charges $13 for a cup of frozen yogurt, regardless of whether it's for a child or an adult. I get that prices have increased, but that feels quite excessive.
The staff at this restaurant is amazing! We're really thankful for bringing our group here; we had a wonderful time! Sweet Frog!
Customers know they have to tip , suggestion to see the tip screen and select, was not good feeling.
We absolutely love this restaurant for its incredible aromas. Our family always enjoys eating here.
