I tried three chocolate macarons, and they were simply delightful! The thick chocolate coating perfectly wrapped around the cookie, holding its form wonderfully without melting. Inside, the macarons were fluffy and inviting, truly a treat for the senses. I also had a slice of chocolate cake, which I'm eagerly anticipating enjoying with a glass of milk. Disappointing tbh and you can tell the workers explaining that they do not accept card are tired of having the same conversation over and over with customers. This is our favorite cupcake place on 2nd Street. And it's not just cupcakes! I love their chocolate cupcake with chocolate ganache, so rich and decadent it takes me a couple days to eat it. But I also love their brownies with different toppings. The s'mores brownie and german chocolate brownie are the best! Also super rich so just eating a quarter at a time is a treat. My husband had turned me on to the delicious cheesecakes. He loves the chocolate chip cheesecake, but I think I prefer the classic plain. It's a nice compliment to all the rich chocolate. My favorite thing about walking up and down the street is walking by this bakery. I bet you can't walk by this place without going inside. The aroma every time. You know when you watch the cartoons and you see them smelling the food and Their noses lead They're floating bodies to the delicious treats. That happens to me every time I come here ! An OC must try! Their selections are hugeee and service is always great. My favorites are their brownies and cakes. Snickerdoodle cookie was a bit dry but I'll definitely try other flavors in the future. They have so many options but would love to see GF or vegan options available. Also cash only but they have an atm inside, definitely a solid spot for a sweet treat or two!
