Sweet Place - Reservar una mesa

We visit La Coruna about once a year. We've never noticed Sweet Place's narrow frontage before as it's rather tucked away in a corner near the main city square. We were shopping for Xmas gifts next door and were attracted by the cafe's bright exterior adorned with Christmas decorations. Once inside we found that the staff barely spoke English. That didn't stop them making themselves understood with gestures. We had to photograph the display of cup cakes as they were seasonally decorated and of such variety. The coffee was excellent with a cappucinno only costing €1·80¢. Our total bill for two cappuccinos and two cup cakes (Lemon flavour and Ferrero Roche) was only €7·30¢. My Wife and I agree...

We decided to have a quiet Sunday morning breakfast, Sweet Place was wonderful, good service, good menu and very reasonable prices. The Bagel breakfast is recommended, as is the Brownie... also the fresh Orange juice was welcome! Thanks to everyone!! We'll be back soon!! Decidimos pasar una mañana tranquila y desayunar en Sweet Place, era una maravilla, buen servicio,un menú amplio con precios asequibles. Los desayunos Bagel y Brownie magníficos... el zumo recién exprimido buenísimo. Gracias a todos!! Volveremos pronto!!

Fuimos a tomar café y pastel, un lugar muy luminoso y limpio, con una gran selección de pasteles y postres, y el café estaba bueno. El personal era muy servicial y charlatán. Es un lugar pequeño pero estaba lleno de gente. También hay wifi gratis, un lugar agradable justo fuera de la plaza pero en la principal calle de La Coruña.

Cute little coffee shop. Gorgeous cupcakes in the window however I did not sample these. I had an espresso and OH had a chocolate milkshake.

Went in sweet place for a drink had a fantastic hot chocolate , so clean and tidy staff was very understanding
