I came here a couple weeks ago and walked by yesterday and just remembered how cool the staff was. I had a good experience I actually remember the guys name was David . Dude was in my face with a big ole smile before I even knew what was happening lmao. Started talking to me instantly and I was digging his vibe it was pretty ridiculous ha. He told me to try a gummy strawberry banana. Then I ended up with a box of sushi gummy for my gf somehow , and a hamburger and pizza gummy . As soon as Dude saw I was gonna buy things he escorted me to the register where a girl named Dory got me to donate to some network. I can't believe how unprofessional the staff was, they all seemed very young (or too young), and as if they had better things to do than to mind the store and customers. I walked pass a couple of staff that were complaining about a previous customer and used foul language while children were directly in front of them!! As to the manager, if there was one on duty that day or not, your incompetence should get you back into training or worse, fired. I feel sorry for the owner of this establishment!
This delightful candy shop on Bay Street in Emeryville is a must-visit! I initially stopped by for some candy, but I was pleasantly surprised to discover so much more. They offer a fantastic selection of pop culture items, from Harry Potter's Butterbeer and chocolate frogs to sweets inspired by Stranger Things. The variety here is incredible! You can find everything from astronaut ice cream to cereals and mugs. It's truly a wonderland for both kids and anyone who's young at heart!
This is basically every kid's dream! SUGGGGGARRRR!! Parents please come prepared :O They have some of the popular favorites: sweet and sour belts chocolate covered gummy bears rock candy ginormous gum balls jelly beans They sell by the pound. The staff is pretty young, and very helpful! Parking in the structure, I don't think they validate though.

I absolutely adore this place! It’s so charming and vibrant. I just got a chocolate-covered Oreo, which turned out to be a bit too much for me, but it’s the perfect treat for my mom. I really appreciate the variety they offer. It's a great spot to grab a bag of sweets for movie night!
I love it's sugar but I honestly couldn't believe some of the girls that work at this location. They were rude and singing out loud like no one else was in the store?? and on their phones in the open like they could care less Lol it was a really weird experience for this type of store
This place is every candy you could want. If you go in with your kid set limits before hand. Today (Christmas) they saw us walking by. My daughter is six and they gave us a free lollypop! She was over the moon!
This store is still the best experience I have when I shop in Emeryville. The girls there were so nice, smile on their faces, offered me samples. That's how customer service is supposed to be like.

Filthy and disgusting. The lower level candy bins are easily accessible for kids. I observed the kids spitting candy back out into three of the bins. Prices are twice that that they should be.
