I’ll start by saying I’ve been wanting to come here for so long. Everything on their instagram looks so good! Yesterday I finally got the chance to go and my experience was okay. The customer service was great. I didn’t get the young lady name who helped me but she was so kind! She was very informative on what was top seller, what was her favorite etc etc. She even made sure to remind me to sign up for their rewards program so I can get points.However, the cake I ordered wasn’t that good. I ordered a pound cake and it was kind of dry. The flavor was there though! I’m thinking it may have just sat out too long and got dry over time I’m not sure. I ordered a cake for my daughters baptism from here. I sent in a picture of what I wanted the cake to look like. It was very nice they did what I asked for HOWEVER they added things to the cake I never wanted or asked for! I was very disapppinted with this and dont understand why they would add things on their own to the cake... we couldnt take those things off the cake either because it would ruin the cake. I also asked for.a.white cake they gave me a blush pink cake... I asked for a saying on the cake, the lady had to do it while I was there but I wanted it ON the cake...not just a sign.... My best friend and I came here at midnight for a late night dessert, and I have to say, I was absolutely amazed. The strawberry crunch cheesecake slice was so delicious that it brought tears to my eyes. The peanut chunk ice cream was also amazing, I couldn't stop eating it until I felt sick. I will definitely be back tomorrow. 100000/10. The staff member working was just as sweet as the treats! We didn't catch her name, but we will update you tomorrow. XOXO
Person i spoke to on the phone was a joke. Could tell she was in her car or house or something, said she has no idea if they can make a cherry chip cake and had to ask cake manager i said uhm okay? and she said okay bye.Didn 't take my info, when i needed the order or anything.She just wanted to get off the phone.Just print some baking directions off the internet and give it your best shot. better than coming here

If you’re a true cupcake lover this is a must try! I’ve been here twice and my favorite cupcake is definitely the strawberry crunch and I’m very picky with strawberry flavors. Cupcakes 10/10. The place is small but the service is fast so no complaints. Highly recommend !! Oh and the best part, they’re open until 1am for all my late night sweet tooth cravings!!
i don’t know how anyone could leave a bad review about this place, customer service and food is always bomb! i’ve tried all kinds of items but i personally love the strawberry crunch cupcakes and banana pudding cups ? definitely coming back hoping totry everything else on the menu. keep up the great work!
I recently grabbed cupcakes as a last-minute treat for my husband's birthday, and they were absolutely delicious. The customer service at this bakery was fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed the variety of flavors they offer. Highly recommended!
