SweetBriar is one of Ambler's best-kept secrets. Formerly known as Coneheads, it is now owned by JT and offers ice cream alongside classic café dishes made from local agricultural ingredients. Named after her family's SweetBriar Farm, the café prides itself on serving seasonal products. It's all about simple, delicious, and delightful flavors!

My boyfriend and I love eating here! The food is always delicious. They have a small outdoor and indoor seating area but it’s cozy! You don’t feel crowded. The servers are always friendly. Their ice cream is great according to my friends! I usually have water ice because try to stay away from dairy- doesn’t always happen but I try!

Their focus on quality, local ingredients is validated and appreciated in every bite. I'm struggling to think of anyone who comes close to making as good a hollandaise sauce. The excellent work done in the kitchen is smartly complimented by friendly and eager to please staff out front.

We celebrated New Year's Eve here with friends and enjoyed a wonderful meal. The fillet was cooked to perfection, and the scalloped potatoes were delightful. The staff was incredibly courteous and friendly; we absolutely love this place! Reserva una mesa ahora

Sweet Briar provides an incredible farm-to-table dining experience! The prices are unbeatable! I highly recommend their monthly harvest dinner, which takes place on the first Tuesday of every month.

Very sweet little cafe with cozy feeling, good vibe, indoor outdoor seating. Menu covers a little of everything. Food is tasty and of good quality. Service is friendly, attentive, and quick.
