Inside, I really liked the decor, especially the frog mascot, which reminded me of Keroppi! You can even buy a plush version of it along with some other cute merchandise. Like most frozen yogurt shops, you get to create your own dessert from a variety of flavors and toppings. I opted for a chocolate and vanilla base and added several toppings. My review is focused entirely on the outstanding customer service I experienced. I wish I had caught the name of the cashier, who had such vibrant purple hair. She was incredibly cheerful and went above and beyond to exceed my expectations for customer service. I even decided to join their rewards program, which saved me 10% on my order tonight—who could say no to such a delightful person? She also asked if I needed lids and a bag for my two ice creams. I genuinely wish I had a business card to offer her, as I believe any customer service-oriented business would greatly benefit from having her on their team. I had been treating my nieces, nephews, and my mom to this place quite a bit this summer because they absolutely love it. They’re from out of state and had never been to a Sweet Frog before. However, after a rude and unprofessional encounter with an unfriendly staff member, I won’t be spending any more money there. The manager was indifferent to my concerns when I expressed my frustration about the situation. A crucial piece of advice: it’s not a good idea to admonish someone's child while the parent is already addressing the issue. I won’t be returning.
One of my all-time favorites! I grab a cup and put on a glove, then I fill it up as much as I'd like, paying only for the amount in my cup. I mixed all the different ice creams together and enjoyed every bite. It was a fun experience and, of course, absolutely delicious!

The flavors were fantastic! I really enjoy cotton candy, but unfortunately, they didn't have any here. During our trip to North Carolina, we visited Sweet Frog and their frozen yogurt was delicious.
Super nice and friendly staff. I bring my active 3 year old in at least once a week and they are always super friendly and nice to us. Although I wish they would bring the Mochi back.. we love it.
