We visited this restaurant at night and it did not disappoint! They had a wide variety of options available, including dairy-free and low-fat choices. We sampled a few flavors before making our final selection. I opted for the cookies and cream, butter pecan, salted caramel, and cake batter. The cake batter was my favorite—it was absolutely delicious! They offered an extensive selection of flavors, but I preferred to stick with just the yogurt. They also have a rewards program that we signed up for; the staff mentioned they send out various promotional offers now and then. Overall, the place was clean, the aromas were delightful, the toppings were plentiful, and everything tasted fantastic....
Every time I visit this place, it’s dirty. The machines are never fully frozen, and they’re often just liquid. The floors are a mess, with yogurt spills in front of each machine. The machines themselves look like they haven’t been cleaned in ages—moldy and gross—as if they aren’t wiped down at night. I can’t bring myself to come here anymore. I’ve tried to give it a chance, but it’s just not worth it; it makes me feel sick after I eat it. This is the worst SweetFrog I’ve ever been to. Based on past reviews, this seems to be a recurring problem. Regardless of how busy or slow it is, the frozen yogurt should be frozen—plain and simple.
Place is great. But the staff are rude. Google says closes at 9:30pm so I place an order at 840pm only for my order to get cancelled from their end and when I try to call at 845 no one answers the phone. Hmm bad business. This owner will call you non stop and text you! Harassment I think so! I’m never ordering from sweet frog again
No mask no service Apparently the virus knows when you're eating and doesn't attack. Props to COVID19 for being so damn respectful.Me and my friends and family will only support good and sane small businesses. Businesses that don't deny service to fellow Americans for not wearing what they want.

Honestly one of the best icecream places I've been to, so many toppings and a decent amount of flavors to choose from. It's awesome to be able to make your own cups.
The restaurant is absolutely beautiful and spotless. Their frozen yogurt is incredibly delicious and definitely the best I've had so far!
I absolutely love the variety! It felt like I was Willy Wonka in a frozen yogurt shop. We definitely need one of these in Valley Stream!
It was quick and easy to get my frozen yogurt. It was delicious. I love being able to throw on as many toppings as I desire.

The food is delicious, but the constantly sticky floor is a bit off-putting. However, that won't stop me from coming back!
