I had a very unpleasant experience at your establishment. The smell inside was quite off-putting, and the machine handles felt sticky and unclean. I noticed that your staff wasn't wearing masks or gloves, which is concerning. It seems like the place hasn't been inspected for health standards in a while. Overall, it was quite unhygienic. Additionally, the customer service was lacking; the staff seemed indifferent and didn't maintain cleanliness. I also observed them handling cups without gloves and frequently using their personal phones without washing their hands in between touching money and food. This experience left me very disappointed.

To celebrate Ice Cream month, we decided to go to Sweet Frog.We called to verify that they were open. During COVID-19, everyone entering must wear a mask. You pick the cup size, frozen yogurt flavors and a plethora of toppings. They do everything so you don't touch anything. It was cashless, so we used a giftcard and the rest on credit card. We got a large, medium and small for $28.We all enjoyed what we picked and it was gone by the time I drove home.

This restaurant is conveniently located near Fort Belvoir. I’m deducting a star because this is the only Sweet Frog I've encountered that has staff scoop the candy for you. I felt quite awkward asking for more and more scoops, especially since they only provide a small amount with each scoop. I wish they would just let me help myself, so I could load up on all the toppings I want!
We weren't very impressed with this froyo, right when you walk in the door there's a funky smell all throughout the building. We were not greeted at all and the worker frowned the entire time we were there. The yogurt wasn't bad but the fruit I got in mine was clearly very old and even tasted fermented. I wouldn't recommend this if you want fresh frozen yogurt.
1204 pm still not open although it should have been open at 1200. Employee had an attitude when I called to ask if they were open. Said they were open but the door was still locked.
Great tasting ice cream and place always clean.
