I used to be a Sweetgreen evangelist and went through phases of picking up salads almost every evening on my way home from the gym. However, over the past year or so, I have soured on Sweetgreen. The portion sizes have been cut significantly while the prices continue to inch upwards. On several occasions, I have picked up salads from the 14th and W location where I?ve been able to see the bottom of the bowl. At first, I just continued reporting my negative feedback on the app and getting store credit, but at this point, Sweetgreen isn?t even worth the effort it takes for me to do that, far less my money. My favorite fast casual chain has now become my meal of last resort.

Sweetgreen truly knows what it's doing, and this location exemplifies that. With its spacious cafeteria-style seating, it feels less intimate compared to other spots, but I can see why they've chosen this layout for busy periods. I've visited when it was fairly crowded, and I can only imagine how bustling it gets during peak hours. If you haven't tried Sweetgreen yet, I highly recommend giving it a shot. They focus on fresh ingredients, sourcing locally whenever possible, and offer a menu that promotes healthy eating in a high-traffic environment. Plus, the food is delicious and the staff is well-managed.
If you're visiting this chain for the first time, be prepared for a lack of guidance. The staff doesn't take the time to explain the ordering process and seems impatient when you ask questions, expecting you to already know their menu. It's necessary to ask multiple questions just to get a one-word response. Overall, the experience feels unfriendly, and I found the simple salad meal to be overpriced for its blandness.
This was my go to Sweetgreen until I came in and wasn?t allowed to use the restroom. A paying customer, wasn?t allowed to use the bathroom. I drive for work so I stopped here to eat and take a bathroom break but couldn?t. Very confused as every other Sweetgreen allows the usage of their restrooms. Won?t come here anymore. I used to be a big fan of Sweetgreen, but I've noticed a decline in quality. My recent dish featured a small, overcooked, dry piece of salmon served over white rice. The avocado was brown and mushy, which not only made it unappetizing to look at but also impacted the flavor. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
The employees here are amazing! They are always swamped with orders but continue to deliver an excellent product and maintain friendly dispositions. They are absolutely a staple and appreciated by the community, I hope they all get a serious raise to show them how much they?re worth!!!
The quality of the ingredients has noticeably declined. The dressing lacked its usual robust flavor, tasting half as good as it normally does. The tomatoes were visibly old and wrinkled. Additionally, there were only about half the usual serving of parmesan crisps and shaved Parmesan.
I paid $18 for a buffalo chicken salad and only received three pieces of chicken. How is that possible? I also paid extra for the steelhead fish, but there was hardly any chicken in the salad. What a waste of money. Reserva una mesa ahora
The salads were fresh, but it was clear they were portioned carefully, though I'm not sure what the criteria were for that, especially considering they started at over $20.
Don?t go to this location, bowls here are always under-portioned. It always feels like you pay the same but get 3/4 or less bowl of food at this particular location.
