Went in for a salad around 7:30 the other night, and there was literally only one lady in front of me being helped amongst about 5-6 workers. I stood there for so long (at LEAST 5 min- I really wanted a salad) with no acknowledgment, no hello, no be right with you or anything. The girls that worked this place looked at me like they didn't even want me to be there! So i left and didn't order anything. I actually love Sweet Green, but that service was highly disappointing. Maybe don't go after 3pm when a bunch of high school looking girls are working because they will just let you stand there
Having enjoyed salads from this restaurant for years and in various locations, I must say that the Oakbrook location is by far the worst. Every time we order for pick up or delivery, our order is wrong without fail. This consistently happens when using the sweetgreen app, which is disappointing. It's frustrating that despite the option to choose 1 or 2 dressings, they only put 1 dressing in the salad every time. Additionally, the salad is much smaller when ordered for delivery compared to when made in person at the restaurant. Overall, it's a disappointing experience every time.
Just for your information: The manager did contact me and offered credit in their app. I acknowledge that this can be a useful tactic in some cases to encourage someone to come back. However, it would have been more appropriate to refund the meal that was served at the incorrect temperature and came with a large, deceased moth.
This was my first time ordering from here, I was excited to try it! I’m vegan so I ordered tofu in my salad bowl and ended up biting into a piece of chicken. I tried eating the rest of my meal still but then I found a hair mixed in there and I just gave up on it. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again. Pretty

Ordered via Uber eats: If I could leave zero stars I would. My order was incorrect, but that wasn't the worse part...there was a pretty large bug in the salad and it most definitely looked like it had been cooked in with the chicken. I guess it's good when you look at each bite you take but this is just unacceptable.
Great food terrible service. Don’t bother ordering ahead on the app. They’re super late every time. What’s the point of ordering ahead of you have to wait another 25min once you arrive. Totally short

Painfully slow. Hardly ever anywhere clean to sit at lunch. Salads are good but is it worth it?
