I did delivery for my office and the food was packaged fine HOWEVER, I took the first bite of my food and immediately tasted dirt. I was willing to let it go but then my pregnant coworker found a live insect crawling out of her food. Now no one wants to eat their salads which we paid A LOT of money for. We both had romaine as a common factor and I would put money down that they did not thoroughly wash their romaine which in the past has caused serious illness and food recall. Whether you use pesticides or not… you should always thoroughly wash and inspect your romaine before serving to customers. I wanted to get takeout from here but their online system kept giving me error after error. I'm going to give this company the benefit of the doubt and give them 2 stars (instead of zero) because they're probably super understaffed. Something needs to get fixed though. I tried to create an online account. I clicked on the Sweetgreen email to confirm my email. My account still wouldn't work. After about 10 minutes, I tried calling to order. YOU CAN'T order byphone!!! So 10 more minutes of trying to create an account and finally I'm able to do it! I place an order. It's accepted. But wait, 5 seconds later I get an email saying they've refunded my money and my order is cancelled. AHHHH!! Ijust...
Don’t bother ordering delivery because they rarely ever get your order right, they’ve left out the dressing for my last 3 orders and constantly forget to seal your food box for delivery. You also have an 50/50 chance that your food will be fresh, have gotten rotten vegetables numerous times. And forget about trying to reach out to someone because they have no direct way to contact the store and make it pretty impossible to get in touch with anyone in the company. This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. My partner likes the food and that is the only reason I’ve come back but never again, you’ve burned me way too many times Sweetgreen, see ya never.
This is our first time trying this new restaurant and it wasnt a great first experience. We ordered two items and the orders were both messed up. They didnt follow directions. The harvest bowl was good after I was able to add the missing goat cheese and sunflower seeds at home. The Hot Honey Chicken wasnt good and they gave me quinoa when I ordered wild rice. We will give this place another shot. Hopefully theyll get their act together.

This restaurant is a complete rip-off! Sweet Greens mixed the nuts and 2 sauces I ordered directly into the food container, making the entree portion seem much smaller than it should be. I paid $21 for the honey chicken entree with added extras, only to find that the bowl was only half full once all the fees were added. It was a complete joke! To make matters worse, the salmon I added tasted fishy and off-putting. Yuck!
I absolutely love the Crispy Rice Bowl at this restaurant. My only recommendation would be to make the side of salad dressing that comes with it a bit larger. Unfortunately, I didn't see an option to add extra dressing, only to remove it. Other than that, it's a perfect dish.
This restaurant serves the most delightful salads! I visited once and returned when I found myself working in the area. The salads are incredibly tasty, filling, and very reasonably priced for the portion size.
This bowl had significantly less food than usual and the chicken was of very poor quality. Hopefully, this was just a one-time mistake.
