This is not about the food! It‘s about a server‘s behavior!We went there for lunch. Our child is gluten sensitive, so we told this our server. He already seemed annoyed that he had to change gloves sorry for that, it is not our child‘s fault that it has to deal with this.It wanted to build an own bowl, an other point what seems to annoy the guy…. Also it took a while to decide. Yes, that maybe is annoying especially during peak time. Second time this Sweetgreen of Capitol Hill has screwed up my order. And you can't call them, you get some automated texting service to complain which hangs us on you. Never again. Second time also utensils were not included in the order--are they in that much of a hurry. But really, no one can call and have a live person to answer the phone. How disingenuous. Managers need to take a lesson in customer service.

Best sweet greens in DC. The amount of care they put when they make your salad is outstanding. Always clean and excellent service. All the employees always greet you with a smile and they are very attentive. My to go sweet greens in the whole area.Food: 5/5

Quick service and kind staff. Only the bowl was too spicy for me, and there was too little chicken in the chicken bowl. Also, the outside sitting area could be a bit nicer. Overall, I expected more.Food: 3/5

I like sweetgreen because it is quick but also healthy and filling. The employees are very friendly too, Kas at the Capitol Hill location always asks me about my day.
