Sweetwater Cafe - Reserva de mesa

I ordered a Flat White coffee for $5.90 and it tasted like a pumpkin spice, so I went back to let them know that it wasn't what I ordered, but they said that they put cinnamon in it...why? I've never had a flat white coffee with cinnamon in it, and I told them that I didn't like it, and they just said sorry... instead of giving me a different coffee...if I would have offered it to my mom, she would have had a severe allergic reaction, so I guess just thank goodness that I'm not allergic to cinnamon.And the trash can next to their door was overflowing, there were 2 girls working and only 2 customers in the dining area...and both employees were eating, one of them had to finish chewing before...

I have been there twice in the last month. The first time I called in a large order. I paid the lady at the register and left a $10 tip. I stood there for 10 minutes (after the time I was told my order would be ready) and the man behind the counter looked into some bags which were to the left of the lady who I paid. He didn't say anything. I asked if that was my order. Yes it was. It was sitting there the entire time I was waiting. Of course the sandwiches were now cold. Today, I went to grab a sandwich only to be told by the 5 employees standing around that they were not serving food today because they were closing early. It was NOON! This place always closes early or opens late.

Came about 1:00 for late lunch. They were closing at 2:00. Was told some types of coffe werent available, and only cold sandwiches(no paninis). Had seen on google that they had paninis, was thinking I might get one. But no, seems like they wanted to shut things down and get the hell out of there. Reserva una mesa ahora

My lover came to me and apologized for the wrongs he did and promise never to do it again. Ever since then, everything has returned back to normal. Thank you for saving my broken , Dr chin

i love this place!! im a student and theyre relatively quick despite the huge rush they get from us? delish food and welcoming staff !

Really nice atmosphere, but the staff kind of suck. Don't know much and are extremely slow, even for a coffee shop.

Lots of different frappe flavors that Starbucks don't have.... Caffeine free options too
