During my last visit, I noticed the parking lot was empty and ordered a hamburger and fries. Unfortunately, it took 20 minutes for my food to arrive, and I saw at least five employees just chatting and joking around instead of working. Prior to that, I had already waited 10 minutes in my car without anyone coming to take my order, which led me to leave in frustration. I came by to pick up my dinner tonight, and I just wanted to spread the word that I actually couldn't have had a better meal anywhere else. My food was hot, burger PERFECT, staff very friendly and clean! I love it here, thank that cook back in the kitchen that blonde lady did a wonderful job. Thank you guys, I don't hesitate to come back with my children for an amazing experience. 5 stars!
I requested to speak with a manager, but no one came to resolve the issue. I even called the restaurant, but the person who picked up the phone hung up on me. After waiting for more than 20 minutes, my food was finally ordered. The elderly lady generously offered to place my order before hers, knowing that I had been waiting longer. I intend to reach out to corporate about this on Monday.
I ordered an egg salad sandwich with lettuce to eat in, but I ended up with a sandwich without lettuce that was packaged to go. The receipt indicates that my order was taken correctly. I guess I should be thankful that the staff made it to work today and that I received something at all. Unfortunately, this seems to be the norm for customer service nowadays!

The amount of sauce on the burgers varies quite a bit—sometimes there’s an excessive amount, and other times there’s barely any. I've ordered from this place over 30 times, and it's frustrating to experience this inconsistency. I truly hope you can make an effort to ensure that orders are prepared properly.
I've come here almost every night this week and will continue coming here with my daughter. It is a really great bonding experience to share a meal in the car together, and the staff here could not be more friendly. The credit card machine wasn't working this evening so they just gave us the meal for free.
Swensons Drive-in, a classic Akron favorite since 1934, has now expanded into Columbus. They offer quick, friendly curbside service. Their specially crafted burgers are incredibly addictive—definitely a step above typical takeout.
The experience is enjoyable, with service that moves at two speeds—fast and faster! The food is tasty, though nothing extraordinary. The milkshakes, however, are outstanding.

The milkshake arrived completely melted. My order of tater tots contained only about five pieces, and the fries were only half full. Overall, it was also quite overpriced.
