popped in here while waiting on a MEC order to be fulfilled. was told the immaculate sanchez was the most popular and it delivered; great name and great sandwich packed with flavorful ingredients and loaded with chicken. the thing that really surprised me was how good the coffee was, too. not sure if it was the beans, milk, barista, or combo of all 3, but delicious oat milk flat white.looking at the past menu photos it's clear prices have been going up (like everything), but the value is still there and it's clear the super friendly folks working there are treated well and enjoy their job, so money well spent. dollars are votes and this was an easy choice to support a local business.will hav...

Nice looking neighborhood spot with decent quality ingredients.Unfortunately after trying most of the menu, the sandwiches are very mediocre and have almost no meat. Just not worth it and would not recommend.A shame because it's a super convenient location. If they're trying to save money to remain profitable, which I get, they'd be better off reducing the size of the bread (which is larger than necessary) so the proportions work better. Also just need more interesting flavors, the menu sounds amazing but the actual flavors are quite muted.

Best sandwiches ever. This is my go to lunch place when I want to treat myself. Immaculate Sanchez, Spicy Korean Style, 3 Cheese with Honey Ham Bacon Bourbon Jam, and Roast Beef are my favourites! All best with the soft and fresh white bun (not a fan of their brown bread). Coffee is great too.

This place has a nice vibe with a cute little backyard seating area. It is clean and well kept.The employees are helpful and friendly.But unfortunately the sandwiches don’t live up to the hype.
