Bad Customer Service50 cent day at Swig is not worth it. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, we were treated like trash. The girl taking our order was really nice and probably new. She took our order and the total was $1.50 for two 24oz drinks. When we realized how cheap it was we asked to change our drinks to 32oz and she had to restart our order. One of her coworkers, a redhead wearing a pink shirt, was pretty rude to her and was telling her to hurry up. Finally we paid for our order and went to the window. At the window they handed us two 24oz drinks even though we ordered 32oz. When we told them that they had messed up our order, the rude redhead said, We 're busy, so we can 't help yo...

This afternoon for a quick cookie. It was disappointed to see the lobby closed due to personnel issues. We chose the drive-thru instead. Friendly employees stood next to the drive-thru manually orders. They were helpful and efficient in view of the strange arrangement. We were again disappointed that after ordering the Andean Minze Frosting on our cookies they were out of it. Chocolate has been replaced. The coconut cookie was great and the freezing made it even better. One of my favorite things about Swig is that cookies are all cooled (like cookies should be).

I travel farther to go to THIS location because they try hard to keep wait times down. Employees have been known to take my order while standing in the rain, rather than having to make the line of cars get to the window before ordering.

The lines here are always so long that I end up waiting a long time in line. They need to take orders more quickly. The lobby is also closed so you can’t go in to get your order. My drinks are always good when I get a drink though! Reserva una mesa ahora

Weird they won 't take orders in their lobby and the drive up is out into the street. Other times I have tried the times posted say open but t they are dark. I have yet to get to try them, but was gifted a mug.

when i drink a beach babe i can feel the delicious mtn dew coursing through my veins. The flavors are indescribable. I can feel the love emulating from the lady’s who take my order in the drive through.

My drink was good but its a little concerning that there wasnt a sticker put on my drink to seal it.

The sodas were good but they got the unlucky ducky drink wrong instead it was a coke with lemon
