I have nothing but praises for our server, she was awesome. The food was good but I have to say that the place needs cleaning: the first thing I noticed was the extremely dirty glass in the room divider, there's no way that it was ever this dirty. Then I used the ladies' bathroom and was grossed out. Take a walk in there, the containers for ladies to dispose of sanitary products are soooo full that they overflow and the dirt on them is sick. Toilet paper sitting on top of dispenser instead of keeping it sanitary in the dispenser. After eating and seeing this has me concerned on how clean the kitchen is. I politely inquired how they could charge me for a full meal when they didn’t have the chicken. The representative put me on hold for 11 minutes to speak with the manager. Unfortunately, the manager didn't provide any effective solution; she merely offered to either deliver the chicken in two and a half hours or give me a $6.99 credit for my next visit to Swiss Chalet. Before I could respond, I was placed on another 18-minute hold.
I strongly advise against ordering takeout or spending your money at a place that is so poorly managed and staffed, as they won’t rectify their mistakes. I wish I could say the matter was resolved, but the inept manager never returned to the call!
The quarter chicken meal is back, but unfortunately it's no longer a quarter. You'll get most of a leg maybe. They try make up for it with plenty of fries which are always delicious but it just seems unfortunate you shouldn't order their flagship meal. The handheld are similar price and more substantial. I recommend the perogis with the cajun dip if you like some spice.
I went to pick up my online order and this is the third time I've experienced issues. There were staff members walking around the kitchen and they completely ignored me while I waited at the pickup counter for ten minutes. Eventually, I had to get my husband to go into the kitchen and ask someone for assistance.

Ordered contactless delivery and was pleasantly surprised by the promptness of the delivery. The driver was courteous and delivered the food without any problems. Overall, very satisfied with the order experience!
I had a good experience at Swiss chalet. Ordered food for my family and they all loved it! I made sure to give a great tip because of a takeout worker named Grace! She was lovely!
