Swiss Chalet - Reservar una mesa

Today I ordered 4 meals for pickup for my family, one of which was the 1/2 back combo with ribs and chicken. It costed $27.49, which would have been absolutely fine IF the order came with everything included. When I got the order home and realized we were missing the chicken from the order I immediately called the restaurant. The customer service employee told me that they “ran out of chicken and if they had any they didn’t have a delivery driver right now anyways”. When I politely questioned how they possibly don’t have chicken and why I was charged for a full meal if they didn’t have the chicken I was put on an 11 minute hold to speak to the manager. Went to pick up online order, this is the third time people walking around on the kitchen, seeing me waiting at the pickup counter, completely ignoring me for ten minutes, went to get my husband to walk into the kitchen and ask someone for help.
