Swiss Chalet - Reservar una mesa

Good restaurant, good food, but poor service was the downfall.Lots of mistakes in the order had to send back a variety of times. Some stuff was missing and also didn 't make sense. I order the classic burger (no onions, lettuce or tomatoes) so instead they put the onions on the side? And the mayo in a cup.Waitress was friendly but almost in a way socially awkward. They didn 't speak much, and didn 't give you the service you 'd expect from a waitress.Overall I 've been to Swiss Chalet many times and this won 't be my last. Could have just been an off day.Parking: Handicap spots are right out front of the entrance which is very useful.

The food was pretty good. Can't go wrong with chicken and ribs and the fries were bussin. Only complaint I have is it took over 30m to get our waters and almost an hour for our food. Almost as if they forgot about us. It was a busy night but still a little ridiculous as people that came in after us left way before we got our food. I expect the service isn't always this bad we just got unlucky but the food did make up for it.

You know it's gotta be bad if I'm going to bother leaving a review for Swiss Chalet...the chicken portions have been steadily shrinking over the years but when the chicken is the same size as the bun, that's a whole new level of bad. It was also unchewably dry. We were also missing a sauce and a bun from our order. Roast beef was meh.Kid-friendliness: My kid with low standards was happy with his cheeseburger meal.

I ordered delivery on Sept 8th. The chicken wrap was stuck to the box bottom. Spring rolls were hard.The paper bags were wet. and food was cold. The delivery was 45 minutes late. I was very disappointed. If the restaurant is to busy decline the order. These items cost me over 43.00.

We went for lunch. Our server was amazing. The food was good as well.
