Have been goling here for over 25 years and this day was the worst service I have ever seen. Started with a 10 minute wait at reception along with numerious other groups because no one was on duty. Two wait staff were trying to manage the entire place and eventually one came to find us a table but numerous tables were stacked with dirty dishes because no one even had time to clean them. No sign of bus boys or even a manager. Took 10 minutes to get a waitress to take our order and then nearly 20 minutes for our lunch to arrive. New Years Eve 2021, decided to treat family to Swiss Chalet. Ordered my food for pickup and arrived early to make sure we picked it up as soon as it was ready. We brought an insulated cooler to make sure the food would keep hot. When we got home and opened the bags, the food was cold, soggy and flavourless, not to mention the chicken was DRY. Clearly the food was made a long time before we picked up and they only pretended to have Just Made the order. We have been going to different Swiss Chalets for over 20 years, and never had anything as bad as this. What a waste of $80. great to have the ease and familiar taste on the way home. These are challenging times and found the counter staff happy to assisst with the CAA member offer. It was a bit cumbersome to try and place the phone order over the phone through what is undoubtedly a remote platform. Perhaps there should be an option to contact the restaurant directly and offer a local job to 1 more person in our community impacted by the current state of business dissruption.

My wife and I, accompanied by our two adult children, enjoyed an afternoon meal at this very popular local restaurant. We have eaten here a number of times, and have always had excellent meals and service. We all had the quarter chicken white meat, with fries, and as always the meals arrived piping hot and timely. Used to love this location 8-10 years ago. Last time we went with our grandkids 5 or 6 years ago, we were seated at a round table that was wobbly. We asked to be moved and were moved to a booth. Booth reeked vomit so we got up and left. Prior to that visit we noticed big decline in service and food quality and very unsanitary. Never ever returned to this location and see by reviews no improvement.

I was in Milton for an event. When it was over about 25 of us came here for lunch. We had a private room that was very pleasant. The food was typical Swiss Chalet quite good. Service was very good. Prices keep going up that lowers the value as nothing changes. This is why I have not frequented SC for a a few years. Overall a good experience and will probably be back next year with the same group.

I don't know if it was just the Milton location or what, but two new chicken sandwiches costed me like 40 bucks and tasted like absolute dogshit. This was by far the worst chicken sandwich ive ever had. That freezer burnt, dried out crusty abomination should be illegal. I'd find better food out of a raccoons mouth behind a strip joint. I miss the days when Swiss chalet was good...

We have stopped here several times and every time the chicken is very fresh the chalet sauce is very hot and salad wonderful ,I just wish my local Swiss chalet was as good .the server we had on Friday night was SUPER she was from Lithuania ,pleasant efficient and funny.worth a good tip. Waste of money I voted from Swiss chalet for years this is the worst delivery I've ever had the food was ice cold The delivery Van had several other deliveries still deliver so guaranteed their food will be cold as well It was a huge waste of $50

When I placed my order they doubled checked it, then when my order came (for 6 dinners), they again, went over everything, and asked is all is ok, if there was anything else. Very concerned that all was ok
