Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

Chicken was moist, yummy, but a bit small and on the salty side. The veggies were nice and steamed and crunchy . Didn’t like being charged extra for gravy instead of their Swiss chalet sauce . The bun was hard and didn’t taste that great. The server was super friendly. The place was clean. A good visit overall .Update: I wasn’t expecting a reply from the restaurant because I didn’t think my review was too negative but they gave me a call and chatted with me a while and when I was about to hang up , they offered me a chance to come back with a credit under my name. That was so touching. Thank you so much for the kindness. I didn’t expect that at all. :

Heather was our server tonight and despite the restaurant being absolutely empty at 7pm on a Sunday, service was absolutely horrendous.Not a single smile, please or thank you.No check-in throughout the meal, no refills but stood there staring while I counted cash to pay.We aren't picky people but in the very least, pretend to at least like your job.Food was typical Swiss Chalet fare. Chicken was fresh and sides were good.There was vomit all over the women's bathroom. Reported it to the hostess. An hour later, nothing was cleaned.

Good food and fast to the table. Our server was nowhere to be found 3 of the 7 times I needed her. I had to get up butter and sauce once. And a take container the second time. I did tip her the 15% beacaue she tried when she was around. This was Saturday dinner around 530 pm. Last week.

This Swiss Chalet restaurant definitely knows how to cook chicken right. We ordered the white quarter chicken with salad and a roll. The chicken was perfectly cooked - moist on the inside, crispy on the outside, and no pink spots. Our server, Edna, provided excellent service as always.

Our server, Kelly, was extremely friendly and welcoming. The 1/4 chicken was hot and the fries were fresh. The owner personally visited each table to welcome guests back to the dining room, which I thought was a nice gesture.

The quarter chicken was hot and delicious, but the fries could have been crispier. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and the service was quick.

As good as a Swiss Chalet can get! Pretty solid chicken sandwiches but was disappointed as I got dry half chicken and dry ribs.
