The Swiss Holiday Park is a very well managed resort. The whole infrastructure is right. However, I am deducting a star because of the noise. If you have a hotel room on the street side just above the entrance of the hotel, you will most certainly be disturbed by the noise throughout the night. That's why I recommend that hotel guests who are sensitive to noise inquire at the reception desk whether they can have a quiet room. I didn't find the maid satisfactory. Otherwise everything is top notch! Resort staff very nice and friendly. The service team in the restaurants was also very attentive and friendly. The food very fresh and good! Lots of entertainment options in and around the resort. I definitely recommend singles or couples to visit the outdoor/indoor pool during the week and if possible in the off-season. Otherwise it's jam-packed with families and screaming children. The SPA, sauna area and the Roman/Irish bath highly recommended! If you are a hotel guest, entry costs only CHF 20.00 extra for the Roman/Irish bath and the sauna and everything else such as the indoor pool, slides, outdoor pool is free. When it comes to saunas, I strongly recommend that you pay attention to the times for the infusion and then definitely take part. Is gorgeous! The village of Morschach is really beautiful and always worth a visit!

First of all: I have never visited a 4 star hotel in my life before where I had to pay nearly 600 euro a night (comfort family room and then still had to pay extra fee for almost every single service in the hotel except from the swimming pool. Since this hotel is advertised as a kids paradise, you don’t expect to pay for literally every activity your child can participate in; horse riding, bowling, mini golf, karting etc. Then also you have to pay 20 francs to enter the sauna. This came as a surprise to me as well when checking out, as this is not advertised. The scenery is absolutely spectacular (although this isn’t rare in Switzerland and the concept of the hotel is good. But the execution is absolutely terrible. I absolutely regret that I booked this hotel and not a single aspect during my stay here exceeded or came even close, to my expectations. Room was small and outdated. Bathroom contained molt. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. I’ve never been to a hotel where the bathrobes had alarms (it made me laugh though: To me this hotel is an absolute ripoff therefore I wouldn’t recommend it.

The rooms are straight out of the 90s. Severely due for an update. The balcony has one chair. Paint peeling from the walls and ceiling. The culinary experience is depressing and geared towards simpletons pizza margherita, spaghetti bolognese, cordon bleu, hot dogs Many innovative properties have understood and embraced the wishes of the parents and not just the children at such family properties, but this hotel is way behind the times. Simply not worth their exorbitant rates

Apartments fine, not super-de-luxe, but good enough. Surroundings beautiful. Buffet at breakfast fine, at dinner too little choice in hot buffet. Rooms: 4 Service: 3 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Kid-friendly
