Small cozy restaurant run by 3 Thai women, located 2 blocks up the pedestrian mall from the train station. Open for lunch Monday through Saturday, dinners on Friday and Saturday only. After eating Swiss "meat and potatoes" meals, Swiss Thai is where I go for a refreshing Asian spice fix when in Visp. They offer only a limited menu (therefore the 1/2 star deduction) of 2 dishes, usually a chicken red or green curry, and a noodle dish. They also offer fried spring rolls, potstickers, and chicken satay. Food is tasty, authentic Thai, with the curries having a good level of heat (but not too hot). Wer vom Bahnhof Visp durch die Bahnhofstrasse geht, entdeckt links und rechts einladende Restaurant. Wer bereit ist, fünf Minuten weiter zu laufen, kommt zum Swiss Thai, komplett unscheinbar auf der rechten Strassenseite. Tagesmenü 13 bis 15 Franken - kann das was sein? Und ob! Hat nur am Mittag geöffnet und wechselnde Wochenkarte. - jeweils wenige Gerichte pro Tag. Die Mahlzeiten sind sehr lecker und authentisch. Wir hatten 2 verschiedene Gerichte und beide waren fein. Das Essen ist erhältlich zum dort essen oder mitnehmen.

Si vous êtes, comme moi, un connaisseur de la bonne cuisine thai, vous allez être bien déçu. Ici on sert des mets asiatiques, mais adaptés à la Suisse. Si vous n'avez pas beaucoup de temps et d'argent, allez manger ici à midi. C'est fermé le soir. Reserva una mesa ahora

I ate here with some work colleagues. We ordered chicken curry dishes, egg rolls, and chicken satay. The food was very good. Be prepared though as the restaurant is cash only!

I went to Swiss Thai for lunch, there were two dishes on the menu for lunch. I had chicken which was. The restaurant is closed in the evening so couldn't really go again

Ein einfaches Lokal mit wenigen Tischen. Wir assen das Mittagsmenu und verschiedene kleine Vorspeisen dazu. Fazit: Einfach, schnell und sehr gut!
