Switchback Fish N Chips

on October 1st, 21 only collected one order for 2 pieces of fish and potato cake and 2 scallops. a piece of fish grilled, the other broken. we have been in this business for many years and live in chirnside park. the piece flocks grilled was annoying, shrunk, I can't describe it differently, the other piece has baked strongly in breaks. we are not coming back. I would have bought better fish in the shopping center and cook myself
