I required a gluten free menu, with attention to limiting cross contact. Sybaris has a separate GF menu, and were versed in taking care. The wait staff made us feel welcome. The food was amazing. I had the beef boirgione and my husband, weisswurst. The flavors were fabulous. The 3 vanilla creme brulee typed of the meal. The restaurant has a relaxed feel while providing high-end food. Had a wonderful experience at Sybaris. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was super unique, and our Waiter, Jesse, was amazing. He was very knowledgable about the food and was super helpful with explaining what the items were that we did not know. Definitely going back! A bit of a mixed bag. Bread was gummy and flavorless. Beer list was excellent, but all in cans and bottles. Two entrees were spectacularly good top notch. Well balanced, inventive, and so good. But the halibut was overcooked with a sauce that was far too strong for such a delicate and subtle fish. Great space, food service. Would love to go back for another meal.
