Lovely cave, which lets you taste and buy delicious local wines. Friendly staff with very good English spoken generally which is handy as my French lets me down when it comes to describing wine! If you have time to book in for a lunch do it! The offer is fairly limited, mainly charcuterie or cheeses with a few bruschetta and extras thrown in. We reserved a table for for six on Tuesday 18th August. This wine cooperative Cave, situated opposite the Leclerc supermarket on the outskirts of Apt, is only open for lunch. Several 'deals ' in the 13- 18 € range provide a cheese/meat salad-platter desert with 3 pairings of white, rose red wines – really good value, in a smart setting surrounded by wine bottles and barrels. We were served by Silva, such an agreeable and enthusiastic young man, who patiently gave us wonderful explanations (in English) of the wines and cheeses to help each of us decide on our choices. Don 't be fooled by the less than inspiring exterior, this is a fabulous place for lunch. Very attractive space inside with lots of local wines and products for sale. At lunch there are several choices to make. The formula includes meal. 3 glasses of wine! ' Dessert and coffee ranging in price, from 14€ to about 19€. An amazing value, very nicely presented and delicious food and great service. You can only go wrong if you miss out.
This place mainly sells wine and is probably best known for this in Apt. However as a small add on they also do a small wine bar with a lovely terrace to the back of the shop. Tip: Do some wine tasting in the shop. When you found a nice bottle then buy it and ask them to serve it to you on the terrace for an extra 5 Euros. Add their cheese plate for 10 Euros and this will be a perfect afternoon!

Sylla is a wine cooperative in Apt where you can taste their wines but have good lunch at the same time. The offer tasty 3 course salad meals with the possibilty of tasting several of their wines with the meal. We visited them on several occasions and always they where very friendly and fulfilled our expectations. We bought their wines which are not expensive and of good quality.
A hidden gem! A delicatessen cafe in a local wine cooperative where one can enjoy an outstanding salad lunch with local meats and cheeses washed down with a selection of stunning local wines for €19. Great ambience, knowledgeable (about the wines) staff, and one of our favourite lunch spots in the area. Highly recommended if you enjoy local produce and Luberon/Ventoux wines.
We dropped into Cave de Sylla to taste and buy some very local wine on our way back to our rental in Apt. It was so pleasant to be able to find a winery right in the town of Apt, where they were happy to open several bottles for us to try. The wine was good and very, very reasonable in price. I wish I drank more wine.
this is excellet if you are looking for a place to test the good wines at SYLLA. They have no kitchen so the menues are either cheese or chacuterie or ta mix of the two. There is always 3 glasses of wine included and they are all very good. And finally buy some bottels to drink later.
