Sylvia Mae's Soul Food

I visited this restaurant with some friends after hearing so many great things about it, and it definitely lived up to the hype—well worth the drive from Tyler! The food was excellently seasoned, but let me tell you, that cornbread was incredible. I filled up on it before our main dishes even arrived! I highly recommend this place to anyone in search of a home-cooked meal; it’s the perfect spot. Ms. Sylvia was a wonderful hostess as well. We’ll definitely be returning soon!

Miss Sylvia is one of the most genuine people i have ever had the privledge to know. She is alway open and kind to everyone even in the mist of stress. She always has a smile and greeting to every customer that comes in. Her food is truely the delicacy of the Southern mommas kitchen you grew up eating. Everything she cooks is one of a kind.

I haven't eaten yet, but if the food tastes as good as it looks, I'm definitely in! On my dad's side, everyone is a great cook, and my mom was too—especially since she's Italian. You know, lasagna, stuffed shells, baked ziti… you should go there and spend your money; it will be worth it!

We love eating here. Everything on the menu is pea pickin good... We had Coconut Cream pie and Chocolate pie for dessert. Two thumbs up. And Sylvia Mae is the sweetest person you'll ever meet. No matter what your ride is, from a motorcycle, to an 18 wheeler, there is plenty of parking. Reserva una mesa ahora

I highly recommend this restaurant and give it a perfect 10/10! The food is outstanding, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is fantastic. Everything deserves a five-star rating!
