Had a Christmas holiday there with the company. The room with the bowling alley was so cold that we all had to sit there with a jacket. Even after several requests to turn on the heating, they did not follow. The operation was extremely unpleasant and unfriendly, some had to wait up to 30 minutes for drinks and were still incomplete. Don't eat again....
