We loved the chili oil dumplings and fried rice. My mom said the sweet and sour chicken reminded her of the authentic flavor she's had back in the day. This place has always been one of my favorite restaurants since college. Its taste is authentic, highly recommend the PEPPER LOVER with less spicy! And the guy Raymond gave us great service. Jiang stew fish was almost inedibly salty I had to dump out the sauce and rinse it off to be able to eat it. Not a spice issue just salt. The green beans were good. The side rice was TINY you need to order one per person.
The rice portion was rather small, not even enough for one serving. The side dish lacked flavor and tasted bland. This restaurant did not offer an authentic Sichuan experience.
Food is ok but below my expectation. Also each dish is pretty small, which might not match with the price.
The portion size has decreased significantly compared to previous visits.
