It had been a few months since my last visit. I stopped by on a day when they were repainting the walls with new colors. I ordered my usual: calamari and popcorn chicken. Just a tip—be sure to get the calamari extra crispy, or it may turn out soggy. I noticed that their panda milk tea has been updated to snow globe and pearl milk tea. I went for my go-to drink, which is the Earl Grey milk tea with white pearls and lychee. The T4 option is impressive as well. However, I wish the appetizer prices were a bit more reasonable.
The restaurant offers a variety of good options and the service is pleasant, but it tends to be a bit slow and can get quite noisy. Additionally, the location leaves something to be desired. Parking can be a challenge, and there's a laundromat nearby that sometimes attracts a few unsavory individuals. On the plus side, the drinks are enjoyable and the staff is friendly.
The Lobster Balls with sweet chili sauce were decent for my first try, but I'm not certain if they contained real lobster meat or imitation crab; I didn't ask. The restaurant can get quite crowded when it's busy. As for parking, there's general parking available for the various businesses in the area, so it can be somewhat challenging to find a spot close to T4.
The Fried Lobster Balls (8 pieces) were made with imitation seafood and were quite disappointing. I couldn’t quite tell if it was imitation crab mixed with sea urchin, but it didn't taste good, even with the sweet and sour sauce. Considering I’ve had some decent dishes from this restaurant in the past, this was an unexpected disappointment.

I placed an order for seven drinks yesterday, and it took the staff several minutes to prepare them. Unfortunately, one of the drinks was incorrect. Since I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes for a replacement, I decided to take it as it was. I will not be returning to this establishment.
Just because they made us pay on the self checkout or whatever for paying with card but everyone else behind us paid with card and they helped them personally out. They should just keep it the same customer service wise.
There’s no option for dining in, but it’s suitable for takeout. They offer a variety of drinks including teas and smoothies, as well as fried foods like calamari, popcorn chicken, and fries.
The food and drinks are good but the Caucasian girl working at the register has had bad customer service every time I come in. Someone please teach her how to be nice!! ??

I'm sorry but my experience here at t4 was very unsatisfied! I ordered the brown sugar milk with pearl. I didn't taste any brown sugar! It Was very watery milk!!
The Fried Calamari is incredibly tasty! It's crispy and goes wonderfully with the marinara sauce. I also really like the Grass Jelly Milk Tea.
