We have been to tabbaq several times and last few visits only brought discontentment. The owner has revised all the rates for most of the curries however the portion size has decreased.Ordered chicken hari mirch , shahi paneer, mutton karahi , biryani and naan. Its was a shame to see that a $16 chicken curry only had about 10 pieces of chicken in it. Same with mutton and shahi paneer. So embarrasing and disgustingNaans are getting horrible day by day!!!Owner is so stingy. He wants to increase the rates and decrease the serving size.you have lost one of your very regular customers and day by day there would be decline if the owner is not generous enough with the food servedCurries are tasty ho...

We went there for lunch with friends, for the first time. The ambience and location is average so I didn't expect much. However when the food arrived, we were pleasantly surprised. It tasted very home-cooked and Pakistani. Unlike many Indo-Pak restaurants with the run-of-the-mill dishes and typically store-bought taste. We had Namkeen gosht (lamb) which was tender and well-seasoned. The biryani was good too. The chargha (roast chicken) seemed a little bland, but probably a good choice for people who can't handle too much heat. The naan wereperfect - freshly made, soft

Visited on the Saturday night. Dirtiest restaurant I have ever visited. Restaurant owner need to concentrate on the cleanliness of the table, floor specially the staff's clothing. Very unhygienic Restaurant. Now about the food, it was "ok". We had Mutton Pulao, Chicken Karahi and Naan. 3 very small mutton pieces in the Mutton Pulao doesn't not worth $12. Like the Chicken Karahi however, Chicken pieces was as unhealthy as the the restaurant quality. There are plenty of similar restaurant around so, this can (should) be avoided.

Happened to lunch here by chance. Could have been put off by the unprepossessing decor but in fact we were served really tasty food. We had kebabs, paneer curry and with some trepidation goat curry. The latter was absolutely delicious, and in fact all dishes were excellent and well priced. Reserva una mesa ahora

Stayed in Dandenong for the evening and spotted this place. Looked like a very authentic curry house. Like many balti house's from my home town in England. Ordered a chicken khari and it was very tasty. Those people who know a what a balti is should go and check this place out.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance while searching for lunch after shopping. We were so glad we did, as the food was delicious and the freshly baked naan was a highlight. It seemed like every visit to this cozy eatery would be a pleasant surprise.

Looking for a place to have lunch on a Saturday in a suburb with mostly fast food options, we stumbled upon Tabbaq on the main shopping street of Dandenong. We were delighted to discover a Pakistani restaurant amidst the usual takeaway offerings.

Bland food and overpriced for quality that they produce. Nihari meat was so dry and tough you could possibly lose a tooth. I paid $14 for 2 measly chapli kebabs. Never again! Reserva una mesa ahora
