A wonderful evening, in a delightful setting. Although there wasn't any choice the food was magnificent, each course was a work of art, using only local produce in a creative and interesting way. We went on a number of occasion's and were never disappointed.The husband and wife team were a charming couple. We would highly recommend this dining experience.

This was one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences I have been lucky enough to have.__The hotel is perfectly situated behind the Pope's Palace.
