If you're in search of genuine Mexican cuisine, look no further. This was my first job, and I can say with confidence that my experience here was outstanding. I’m not sure what the negative reviewer experienced, but the tacos are anything but bland; they are absolutely delicious. I ordered three steak tacos and another plate of three ground beef tacos, and both were fantastic. The tortillas are generously stuffed, and the portions of rice and beans are plentiful. Don't let those one-star negative reviews deter you—I'll definitely be returning!
We placed our order online, but once I arrived at the store, I noticed the flauta special and decided to try that too! Both the taco platter and the birria platter were incredibly delicious. This restaurant also offers fantastic vegetarian tacos. Don't forget to order a side of elote! I got a horchata and asked about a pink juice, thinking it was tamarind, but it turned out to be watermelon. They kindly gave me a small sample! The green salsa is mild and tasty, while the red salsa is flavorful and spicy!
Chicago and its suburbs have no shortage of great taco spots, but Tacabron is the one I find myself coming back to time and again. I can’t put my finger on just one thing that makes it stand out, but it delivers the perfect overall experience. The food and drinks are fantastic, and the staff is always wonderfully friendly. It’s reliably delicious and genuinely the ultimate comfort food!
We were the only couple dining in later that evening, just before closing time. The staff kindly brought us our perfectly prepared tacos and quesadillas. We enjoyed our meal and chatted for a while, finishing just as the staff graciously informed us that they were getting ready to close for the day. We happily obliged, having just had the most delightful dinner experience at Tacobaron.

I came across this restaurant while walking down the street, and as a taco lover, I couldn't resist trying it out. The tacos were incredibly delicious! I paired them with their mango drink, which made for a fantastic meal. I will definitely return. Authentic Mexican cuisine far surpasses Taco Bell. The staff were also wonderful and enhanced the overall experience.
Always a reliable choice! I've had the tacos and quesadillas, and both are outstanding. The red salsa complements all the meats perfectly. Parking is very convenient for a quick grab-and-go. The staff is attentive and friendly. I really hope they can return the salsa bar; it was a treat to sample all their various salsas while dining in!
Tacabron is a great little spot with delicious food. I really enjoy the salsa station. On my second visit, I tried the taco plate with chorizo, pastor, and barbacoa—all cooked perfectly with excellent flavor. I’m planning a third visit to explore more of the menu, and it will likely earn a 5-star review.
The food was exceptional! The meat was perfectly seasoned, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. We ordered the taco plate, and my daughter loved her margarita, claiming it was delicious!
