Drive thru guy working Monday night on the 13th needs to fix his attitude and focus on checking the orders are complete. Rolled his eyes when I asked for mild and hot sauce even though I asked for it at the speaker too. Definitely won't return to this location again. Update July 2023, forced to go to this location, nothing has improved. Not sure how they are still in business. Did mobile order pick up, order not ready on time. Ask about it 10 mins later, the girl just nods ok after looking at my phone, still no food another 10 mins later. I lean over the counter to ask if anybody is making mobile orders and the drive thru guy comes over to check and says you have to check in, I said I did 10...
We are so annoyed of Taco Bell , Ryders lane . In couple of months we have ordered there every single time they have messed up the order . Giving beef instead of chicken .After the second visit they replaced the order. About today’s order 2 chicken cantina bowl got 1 and when I returned to store to claim another they denied saying we already gave 2 . It was a drive through Just want to review how this store has gone down . It’s everyone’s personal preference but this was my last visit on this branch Service: Take out
The food at Taco Bell was great, but the service was terrible. They wanted me to use the kiosk, but I refused because I had a special request. I sat at the counter for 10 minutes while the workers just looked at me. I had to ask someone for the manager. After another 5 minutes, she came out begrudgingly and took my order. The order was done pretty quickly, but the whole process was a hassle. Overall, the food was a 5, the service was a 1, and the atmosphere was a 4.
My order was completely wrong. The Gordita crunch was missing tomatoes and the sauce that usually comes with it. The fiesta potatoes did not have the extra items I paid for. Instead of a chicken supreme, I received beef. To make matters worse, I received two diet Mountain Dew drinks when I didn't order them. It was a total waste of money and I ended up not having dinner.

Some of the recommended dishes that I tried and loved were the Cheesy Gordita Crunch, Quesadilla, Fries, Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes, Nachos, Wrap, Ground Beef Burrito, Grilled Breakfast Burrito Fiesta Potato, and Taco Supreme. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for a tasty and satisfying meal.
Terrible experience. The order was incorrect, tacos were lacking in meat, the chalupa was overcooked, and the grilled cheese burrito was missing the crunchy fiesta chips and had very little meat. The nacho cheese and chips were stiff and cold. Overall, it was a waste of money and time.

The restaurant is spotless and the food at Taco Bell is consistently good. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5.

Everything at the restaurant was good, but the soft tacos did not have any meat in them - they were just filled with cheese and a soft shell.
