Taco Bell - Reserva de mesa

I might be being a bit too picky, but when I ordered a spicy potato soft taco, I naturally expected it to actually contain potatoes! I just got home and discovered it had none. To be fair, the food is usually prepared reasonably well, but I find that incidents like this happen far too often. Typically, it’s a situation where one of the tacos has hardly any filling, or there's just a tiny dab of sour cream the size of a nickel in one spot. It wasn’t busy at all when I went, so that excuse doesn’t really apply. Managers, please have your employees review Taco Bell's standards for how each item should be served. I understand it can be challenging to find capable and dedicated workers these days...

I ordered a lot of items for both of us because my wife was so impressed by her first taco that she wanted to try everything on the menu. It ended up costing us quite a bit, but those tacos were worth every penny! Even better, our food came out extremely quickly—almost as if it had been prepared in advance. It was evident that the staff behind the counter were genuinely enjoying their work at Taco Bell. I can’t wait to come back the next time my wife and I visit New York. I absolutely love New York, and Brentwood has made the experience even better. This Taco Bell might very well be the best fast food chain in the world!

Day time shift is horrible, i placed an order thru the drive thru with my nieces. And the guy taking the order wasn't paying attention or must have been on his phone cause the whole order was butchered. I dont know how someone can mess up a complete order when you are repeating it back to them word for word. After i asked if that was the complete order he closes the window. I had to go inside and complain about missing items from the order. Get it together or get better staff.

I like this place a lot but what bothers me is that the ice machines in the lobby are both broken now. At first, during the beginning of the summer it was just one of them. Pretty soon we will have to use the snow outside for ice because this management isn't showing like they care. It's sad because they recently remodeled this place too. We did a huge order for football Sunday. They missed one customization on the hard tacos, but everything else was perfect. The veggies were fresh, and the chicken and beef was good. All items were assembled nicely with a good amount of filling. It was packed well too. Arrived quickly and the food was still hot. Good job! Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Food: 4

If i could give this place 0 stars i would literally third time in a row they forgot things in my order i requested no tomatos and they put tomatoes on them severely allergic to them and most importantly they gave me a taco that looks like this cant even get off the paper Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

There was over a 30 minute wait for my food...this location is severely understaffed. When I got my food and came home I discovered all of my tacos were missing the meat. The Mexican pizzas were wrong. $30 for shells and lettuce basically Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ask in drive through if I want sauce... They forget the sauce anyway then wonder why they work in fast food. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
