I visited this restaurant and found that their drive-through speaker was malfunctioning, which created quite a hectic atmosphere. Unfortunately, my order was mixed up due to the situation, but when I called to bring it to their attention, I received exceptional customer service from Dominica. I’m not sure what her official title is, but she definitely deserves a promotion if she’s not already a manager! She addressed the issue, clearly explained what went wrong without making excuses, and provided a solution. Overall, the entire staff was genuinely friendly and kind. It's a great location too!
