This is the most expensive Taco Bell in the U.S., and surprisingly, their combo meals end up costing more than ordering the items separately. Their cheapest combo, which includes three regular tacos and a drink, is priced at $12.99. Each taco and the large drink are $2.79 each, adding up to a total of $11.16 (where I live in Michigan, tacos are only $1.69). By choosing the combo, you're actually paying nearly $2 extra. The cashier even tried to persuade me to switch my individual order to a combo. I would recommend steering clear of this location.
Today I visited the Taco Bell at Willowbrook Mall. I ordered one Supreme Crunch Taco listed at $4.19 on their website, but when I paid, I was charged for two, which I did not request. Then, despite being a fast food restaurant, I had to wait 10 minutes only to be told my order was canceled. After finally receiving my order 15 minutes later, I only got one taco instead of the two I paid for. When I brought this up, the staff tried to argue that I only paid for one, which was completely unfair. The customer service was terrible.
I experienced terrible service at this Taco Bell. They prioritized in-person customers and delayed mobile orders by about 10 minutes before even starting to prepare them. They forgot my drink and left cheese off my burrito, which was very frustrating. None of the staff apologized, making the situation worse. Additionally, I saw a cook touch the touchscreen with gloves on and then immediately return to handling food, which was completely unhygienic. Overall, I would give the food experience a 1 out of 5.
I've been to this Taco Bell before, and the service was generally good. However, during my visit today, the employee taking our order answered her phone while we were trying to order. After she hung up, she looked a bit confused and ended up charging us $48.00 for four burritos (chicken and beef with cheese). I get that extra meat comes at a cost, but that price is ridiculous! Just a few days ago, the same order only cost $25.00. Seriously?

I have one favorite dish that keeps drawing me back: the Doritos taco. The staff here are friendly, service is prompt and efficient, and they pay great attention to your order to make sure you receive exactly what you requested. The mall is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with tables that are regularly cleaned. Enjoy your meal! Just a quick note: this Taco Bell doesn't offer refill options or drink bases.

Food test was just ok Veggie Bean Burrito cheese quesadilla. Was busy on Labor Day weekend. Only 3 staff members were there so was not easy for them to handle all customers needs I guess. Found tables easily for seating.
I really love this Taco Bell! Their drive-thru orders are always accurate and complete. Although we live close to the Taco Bell on Route 46 East, they never seem to get our orders right.

My order was incorrect, the staff seemed unhappy, and the wait was very long. The food tasted artificial. It's worth driving the extra 15 minutes to Parsippany instead.
I forgot to pick up my four Baja Blasts, and they didn't respond to my message asking about getting them back. The service was awful!
