My husband and I went to Easton tonight, PA, Taco Bell and it was a big mistake. We have an order to the Taco Bell application, and then went to the Pickup (Walk-up) window in front. There we were told that we had to wait in the long series of cars to get our order on the drive-thru. We pointed out that the huge sounded Taco Bell shield said that her walk-up window was open. Nevertheless, we were no longer served in the Walk-up Window and had to wait in a long car line. Go through the drive-thru, we told them about the order we already placed and paid. They told us to go into the window. We told them they refused to help us there. They seemed surprised. We were told that we had a new order....
I love this location of Taco Bell. I don't come here too often, but I didn't whenever it's possible. My order has never been messed up, always correct as far as I can remember. The staff here is always nice. There are 2 kiosk machines for self-ordering. I've always preferred placing orders through them, because I don't remember the names of the menu items i want, but I know how they look Drive through can get busy, but whenever I went inside (while traffic jam at the drive-through , I didn't have to wait, although there were 1 or 2 employees only. As a fellow restaurant server, I sometimes empathize with the staff, but the workers at this establishment are incredibly incompetent and unresponsive. How can they be so oblivious to basic customer service skills? Why bother taking orders if they have no intention of actually listening to what we are saying? Is it really that difficult to understand a simple request for a taco without lettuce? Every time I dine here, my order is either incorrect or served cold, and the wait time is absurdly long. It's a complete waste of time to dine in, and even ordering through the app doesn't seem to improve the experience. I would recommend avoiding this Taco Bell and finding another option.
I usually accept delivery of Taco Bell because of the long waiting times, but if it is not late at night, I can go up to this window and normally have it within 5-10 minutes. On the other day I ringed the bell and waited a few minutes while a girl went right through the window without knowing that I was even there. I wanted to give one star, but the girl who finally came to the window was surprisingly very nice. There was a guy I think the manager who went to the building when I got the order and he was really nice to me. Good customer service is more rare at a fast food place, so they get a good rating. ?

First time I did an online order and everything was fine, Got up to the speaker confirmed my name and order and then the gentleman then had me go wait upfront by the window. Took a decent amount of time for order to come out. As he was handing me my order I asked for extra fire sauce he said absolutely now with my online order i had asked for 6 to begin with. As i got all the way home and I had no fire sauce packets. ?
The food at this restaurant is fantastic, although the service can be a bit slow at times. However, I understand that there is a shortage of staff these days, so I didn't deduct a star for it. I just wanted to mention it because I know many people complain about the slow service, even though it is not the staff's fault.
This is sadly the closest taco bell. And every time i get a side of creamy jalapeño sauce it is the most minimal amount...i got 2 last time and put them together. It still only filled one container about halfway...
Although the trip was thru line long, it did not take long to get through the line and get my food. It was the most pleasant staff I experienced at this Tacoglocke. Congratulations.

I love her nachos in the last few times we left. The food is amazing and fresh keep the good work
