I visited for lunch, but when I arrived, all the doors were locked. I had to knock on the window before the employees finally let us in. Despite the "dining room open" sign and the posted hours from 9 AM to 12 AM, it was clear that the doors were closed. Once inside, the staff was quite rude and informed us that the dining room was actually closed. After we placed our order, another person came to the door, which we opened, only to discover it was another employee who also acted rudely and reiterated that the dining room was closed. This is easily the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to, and there are several reasons for that. The only reason I continue to visit is that it's the closest option to my workplace. Besides a bout of food poisoning I experienced a few years ago, this location has incredibly inconvenient hours. About a month ago, I attempted to stop by in the morning only to discover a sign stating that they don't open until 10 AM. Just yesterday, I tried to go for lunch around 1 PM, but the dining room is ALWAYS closed, no matter the time. I'm really struggling to understand how this Taco Bell is the only one without customers, while all the other locations are crowded with over a 30-minute wait. It's pretty obvious that the staff intentionally closes the windows and shuts everything down, making it look like the place is closed when you drive up. It's frustrating that the employees are managing this Taco Bell so poorly, or maybe they just don't care.
I arrived to discover that the indoor dining area was closed, even for takeout, which was disappointing. However, there were only five cars ahead of me in the drive-thru line, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it moved. The young woman who took our order was courteous and attentive. I placed an order online and was really disappointed. They didn't include any red sauce or chipotle sauce, and the food arrived cold. It was just terrible. I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme, but it seemed to have some strange meat, like steak, in it. I'm extremely dissatisfied. The staff looked very young, and I didn't see a manager anywhere, which felt unprofessional.
