This location was just remodeled, but seldom used. It's location is central to downtown and a quick (only fast food within walking distance for downtown workers. The management has went DOWNHILL here, very rude. There are a few really nice employees, but their good work is hard to see after the management experience. The doors never open at 10 when they say and if you approach or knock on the door to get someone's attention, they will look at you then ignore you while standing around with loud music playing. I want to begin by saying that I usually don't like to complain, but my recent experience at your restaurant was terrible. We placed an order over the phone for over $50 worth of food. When I arrived to pick up the order, the staff seemed disorganized and there were at least 9 people standing around at the front. After waiting for about 45 minutes, I finally received my order, but the food wraps were open and the food was exposed. It was just a really bad experience.
I give this restaurant 5 stars for the friendly staff and efficient service. The food was hot, the tacos were generously filled, and they remembered to provide straws, napkins, and utensils for the Pintos and Cheese. However, due to being understaffed, there was a longer wait than anticipated for a Taco Bell, so I am deducting one star, giving it a total of 4 stars.
I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. Do not park your car in their parking lot as it will be towed. My fiancé stopped to get some food and was only away from the car for about 20 minutes. When he came outside, he was shocked to find that the car had been towed. It turns out that the manager had called to have it towed.

since food prices have risen, they do not go here, they do not make a good job, the food content is ridiculous. I'm diabetic that they gave me two normal pepsis. for what I paid, I could go to a Mexican restaurant. from this side.
SLOW! Unbelievably slow. When I ordered they me informed me of a 5-10 min wait. 30 mins later the line moved one car. I could not wait I had to return back to work. Great way to spend my lunch. Do not recommend!
this place is the most literal worst. their order will take forever, they will not let them use the rest space in the last 7 o'clock, they treat them as if they were not a human...not good to say.
I don't understand how I can order half an hour before closing and they'll cancel the order because it's too late and I wasn't refunded? it also needs better service especially from management.

They’re quite busy but they handled it nicely with no stress but I gave them only four stars because they didn’t give me my sauces or any napkins. Food was fresh and hot??
