Taco Bell - Reserva de mesa

I used to love Taco Bell, but this location has become quite disappointing. The drive-thru line is always long, and it seems like there are only five employees working whenever I go. Once you finally get to place your order, they often run out of various menu items. On top of that, there are frequently issues with your order, such as the wrong drink, stale fries, not enough filling, or cold cheese. It's really frustrating! They used to do a great job, but lately, it feels like it's not worth the trip. I really hope management changes soon and that the service improves.

Terrible service. The drive-thru lines are over 40 minutes long, and the staff struggles to understand my orders. Whether it's due to poor training or a lack of effort, I still receive an attitude when my order is given to me. I know it's fast food, so I don't expect top-notch service, but this is just unacceptable. I can’t wait for the day when automation takes over.

Another franchise that seems to operate on its own terms. The hours listed on tacobell.ca do not match the actual hours of this location. It would be helpful for them to update that information online to avoid wasting people's time. It's not that difficult to do. Sigh... I hope to see some improvements in 2021.

I ordered hard beef tacos and unfortunately got sick afterwards. Thankfully, I’m not feeling nauseous or cold anymore. I rarely throw up, so this was quite surprising. I’m not sure what went wrong with the tacos, but I can’t recommend them, and I probably won’t be coming back to this restaurant. Reserva una mesa ahora

Due to COVID restrictions, there are no restroom facilities available, and the drive-thru microphones aren't working correctly.
