When we arrived at the restaurant, it was very busy with cars lined up. After placing an order for four people at the window, the employee told us we had to leave or cancel our order. In the past, I may have reacted differently, but now I prefer to share my opinions publicly. The location was in Merritt Island, Florida. The employee's behavior was out of line, especially considering the situation of the person trying to place an order. Despite mistakes in our order, the employee insisted he was right. I had a terrible experience at this Taco Bell. The food was always subpar and the service was rude. My sister called to complain about an incorrect order and was told to stop wasting her time. It's clear that only desperate people eat at this restaurant. The orders are always incorrect and the staff are incompetent. It's unacceptable that we pay for our meals but receive such poor service. These incompetent employees should not be working in any restaurant, let alone handling food. I can't believe they can't even make a simple taco correctly. It's a sad reflection on the state of the world.

I bought four tacos and I've bit into the first one and then I bit into it again and I realized that I was consuming some kind of cleaning product, some kind of chemical. Like somebody made my taco with cleaning product on their fingers or something, itscared the heck out of me. Next morning I became violently sick. And when I say sick, I mean just sick as a dog. I can't go backthere ever again. There's nobody there that cares. There is no consistency whatsoever. Corporate should just yanked theirlicense immediately. Oh my God I was so sick.

The employees refused to take my order at the counter, and when I tried to pay in cash, the manager, Catherine, informed me that she didn't have enough coins in the drawer to provide change. I only had a $20 bill, and she suggested rounding up the amount because she couldn't give me any coins. She ultimately cancelled my order because of the issue with change. The attitude was very disrespectful, and it seemed like she didn't care about the customers at all. Reserva una mesa ahora

One of the tacos was not filled up even halfway, while another was flattened and soggy. The rest of the order was decent. I wish there was an option to switch to a different store location, rather than just being limited to the closest one.

Always fast service and the workers are so friendly! The CSRs deserve more credit for their hard work and I always feel they can do with praise as well as raises

Everything was fire but they gave me two bags of cinnamon twists instead of the Cinnabon delights. Cinnabon delights are the best but cinnamon twists are decent

The food was amazing overall. Unfortunately, the chicken quesadillas were stuck to the paper.

The Chicken Quesadilla has gotten much smaller in size, but everything else was delicious.
