I've frequently ate at this tacobell for 10 years. And it just keeps getting worse and worse. Today I went in ordered food and the lady making my food was on her cell phone spitting as she spoke and making food at the same time. I told her that she should not be using her phone while making food that it was a health code violation. She told me to stay home and cook my own food and that her health codes where none of our business. And that I can not eat her food if I did t want to. And then the lady manager got a smart mouth and said her employee was allowed on the phones while cooking food. Keep in mind she wasn't changing her gloves when touching her phone and the food. Stopped coming here 2 years ago... Thought I'd try again .. NOPE! this location still never has sauce packets, the girl taking orders 6/28 around 9:20pm mumbled and was difficult to understand. Please enunciate. Also she was a bit rude when I didn't understand what she asked the first go around. She sounded very annoyed. Not cool. The guy handing out orders at the window didn't have much energy but he was at least friendly! As far as order accuracy... They got my order wrong as expected sadly. I am working and by the time I was back to eat my meal my lunch was close to ending so no point in going back. And I'll never go back.
honestly, it's disappointing that this is the closet taco bell to me. late night cravings? not gonna get them here. only got a credit card? sucks to be you, they mostly only accept cash or mobile orders. you can tell they don't wanna be there by the way they treat you over the headset. constantly forgetting food, messing up orders, slow as hell, and you never get the experience you were wishing for. the bar is low for fast food places i get that, but this is truly outrageous. trust tue other reviews and avoid this place. they need a new management ASAP. shame.
I paid for my order in the drive thru and received food that wasn’t my order. I explained this while still at the window and handed back the incorrect order. They asked what I ordered, then told me to ask for a receipt next time. Next time? So I explained that I needed my receipt because I wasn’t sure what I paid for. They refused to give me a receipt and refused to tell me what any of their names were. I was then told to leave because I was messing up their order time. Incompetency at its fines

We arrived close to closing time, but it was still 40 minutes before. All employees at the drive-thru were terrible. I ordered a grilled cheese burrito that wasn't even grilled and had no cheese soak. We also ordered a Mexican pizza and didn't receive a spork. They initially said there was no bark, but then the food we received had bark on it. The staff was short and rude. This experience was not good. Previous visits to this Taco Bell were not as bad, but this time, everything was off.
I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 cruchwraps, 3 burritos, a cinnamon twist, a quesadilla, a nachos bell grande, and 2 drinks. I recieved only 1 crunchwrap and one of my drinks was diluted, called the store 3 times, and got no answers. This is unprofessional and unacceptable for any establishment. It is clear to me that the staff do not care for who they are serving. Bluntly speaking, multiple somebodies should be fired for this.
I am always disappointed with the service at this Taco Bell location. Today, my entire order was messed up - items we ordered were missing, and we were given extra chalupas and soft tacos instead. This has happened multiple times before. When we tried calling to resolve the issue, the employees were rude and unhelpful. Save your money and go elsewhere. The service here is not worth it.
Not a big follower of Taco Bell. However, this location deserves a kudo. They were non stop busy with very long lines and a wait. They handled it exceptionally well and made some good eats. I eat here about once a year. This was the best experience I've had in a long time.

Don't go to this taco bell. This is what they gave me after messing my order up. Gave me regular tacos instead of supreme. I went back to correct the issue and this is what they gave me instead. Should fire the person making these.
Best location to go to within 15sq miles. They've never messed my food up. Every other location in the general area is awful, stick to this one if you have to have some Taco bell.
