My first time going to the new taco Bell in Nitro, WV. As always, the food was good and our cashier was nice. However... It was absolutely FREEXING inside the restaurant. I went to the car and put on two sweaters and still ate as fast as I could toget out of there. We were miserable and really couldn't enjoy our meal. Even the employees had sweatshirt jackets on. All thetaco Bell's in my area are this way. I don't know if they just don't want we customers to enjoy our meal and spend a littletime in there or what. The food is to messy to eat in the car.so, our trips to Taco Bell will be very limited.
The staff here are very friendly, and the customer service is top-notch. They make sure to double-check your order, even for mobile orders, to ensure everything is correct! This location serves some of the freshest and spiciest food you can find at Taco Bell. It may take a few extra minutes, but it's definitely worth the wait. Great job, everyone!
The tomatoes in the dishes I ordered from Nitro WV Taco Bell, including the tacos, Nacho Bell Grande, and breakfast burritos, all smelled and tasted like fish. After some research, I found out that Taco Bell's menu items might use tomatoes grown with fertilizer containing fish meal. Taco Bell, you need to improve the quality of your ingredients!
The staff were very friendly. They accidentally forgot two items but noticed when I mentioned it and apologized sincerely. The restaurant was clean and quiet, with hardly any customers when I visited. It was my first time eating at this Taco Bell, and I will definitely return. I really appreciate the kindness of the employees. Thank you!
