I came in earlier today to get my breakfast combo as usual before work at 9:35...and the front entrance was STILL locked (Don 't you guys open at 9? I ordered online 12:20 for 12:30 pickup. I waited in the store for 30 mins without receiving my food. People came in and ordered at the counter and received their food before me. The store tagged my order as ready so I could not cancel. I was continually told it is almost ready. Never again. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
