Horrible! My family and I went to this particular restaurant this evening. When we went to place our order, we were told we had to use the electronic pads to place our order. We were unable to find an item that we wanted on the pad and asked the cashier for help. He refused to come help us. The couple next to us were having a similar problem and also asked for help. We asked again for help and this time the cashier turned his back on us. We left the store without purchasing our meal. They didn't even care that they lost our business. We will never go to this restaurant again and if this is how all Taco Bell's are, we will never go to another Taco Bell again.
Every time I have visited this particular Taco Bell, I have always appreciated the fast service and the 90% accuracy in filling my order. However, I have to give a serious downgrade in my review as a warning to others. Double check your order before leaving, every time. Especially at night: on four separate occasions, I arrived well before closing time as listed online, only to find the automated message blaring that they were already closed. I'm not sure if the company website doesn't know when the locals are closing up shop, or if they simply don't follow their own hours. Either way, it's best to avoid this location and get your Taco Bell fix elsewhere.
The Taco Bell in Deer Park, New York, consistently gets my order right because I keep it simple and straightforward, just like the menu states. However, during my last few visits, I didn’t receive a receipt, which meant I missed out on the chance to win $500. The Grilled Chicken Chipotle Ranch Burrito they offer is fantastic! I’ll be really disappointed when it’s no longer available, just like my other favorite items have disappeared from the menu. By the way, I noticed a sign yesterday indicating that they were sold out of Nacho Fries.
This restaurant is extremely clean. The big tablet used for placing orders and making payments is very easy to use. The staff greeted me while I waited, which I have never experienced at a fast food place before. Unfortunately, they were out of the drink I ordered, but they promptly informed me and offered a refund or a different drink. The food was hot, clearly made fresh to order, and absolutely delicious!

So I just received my order of taco bell and started to eat my chicken Chipotle burrito and started to feel something hard I was chewing on. I thought I chipped a tooth but after looking at it and bending without breaking soon realized it was plastic. My fiance and I order from this taco bell all the time until the last few times have been something wrong with our order. Think we'll be changing location.
disappointed . 3 dinge ordered. 1 article was missing, 1 article was cold and soggy, 1 article had the one thing I asked to be omitted, tomaten . it was almost 1 o'clock, I was the only one on my visit. Not sure why they dropped the ball, I can give this place a chance in the redemption. who knows, it was tired teenagers who wanted to go home. we're all human. I'm sorry. bell but I was disappointed
It's Taco Bell, I know the expectations aren't very high. However, what made this experience stand out was the food, which was prepared with evident care and attention. This level of quality sets one Taco Bell apart from another. The entire staff working at 4 p.m. on July 7, 2022, deserves a raise. That's all there is to say!
I always order the $5 combo or chalupa combo at this restaurant. They usually get my order right, but sometimes they make mistakes. However, this is to be expected from Taco Bell. The food is okay and the service is fast, especially at the drive-thru. However, the service inside the store is lacking.

I go and get alot of food everytime but this time i went and they gave me tacos and burritos with no meat or chiken that sucks if they dont have enough meat or chiken they should no be selling
Has to be worst taco bell on long island. Orders always wrong. The employee training must be non existent and the language barrier is ridiculous. No Mas !!
