I'm giving Taco Bell 4 stars instead of 5 because I had problems with my order on both visits as of June 13, 2022. Each time, my order was mixed up in different ways. They also had trouble finding my order and kept mispronouncing my name, calling me Garret instead of Derek, while searching. Initially, the employee didn’t seem very eager to fix the problem and said it wasn’t in their system. After I insisted, they put someone else on who found that my order had been sitting off to the side for about 45 minutes (yes, it takes that long to get through the line), which explained why it couldn’t be found in the system—it had already been marked as complete.

Taco Bell Defy! If you're familiar with Taco Bell, you know what to expect. This location operates like a bank drive-thru, but for food. The tacos and burritos were generously filled and definitely fresh, which was a pleasant surprise. The Nachos BellGrande could have used a bit more beef, but it was nice that there wasn't an overload of cheese, allowing the chips to remain crunchy. Since this is a new concept store that just opened this week, it was quite busy. This led to a longer wait, but it was understandable given the circumstances. I'm sure things will get better as time goes on.
I got a sort of inside-out burrito?.I ordered a Quesarito and customized it. I received the burrito, and all the cold ingredients were in between the tortillas where melted cheese usually is, and the beef and rice were on the inside. No cheese atall. Someone working there was having a bad night! We had 4 other items that were incorrect, as well, but not to this degree.Nice concept but not if the orders are wrong. The crunchy tacos in my order were excellent though.
Fun, unique, interesting experience at the new Taco Bell drive through concept. The best option to get the most out of your experience is to order ahead using the mobile order app, then make your way to the Order Pickup line. Here, your order willarrive in an elevator-type mechanism similar to a bank drive-thru. It was fun for the kids to watch (and parents, too! . Staffwas very friendly and orders were delivered promptly.

I had an enjoyable and unique experience at the new Taco Bell drive-thru concept. To get the best experience, I recommend ordering ahead via the mobile app and then going to the Order Pickup lane. Your food is delivered through a fascinating elevator-style system, similar to a bank drive-thru, which was fun for both the kids and adults to watch! The staff were very friendly, and our orders arrived promptly.
Fantastic restaurant concept with excellent service and consistently delicious food. The system is incredible. I highly recommend placing your order through the Taco Bell app before arriving—it makes everything quick and seamless. Plus, watching your food come down the tube is a fun experience! I'll definitely be returning many more times.
It's your typical budget friendly Taco Bell. They do have a traditional drive through or you can order with the app and the food comes down to you in a shuttle system similar to a bank. Lots of purple lights made this place kind of fun in the evening. Theyprepared our food very quickly.
Such a fun experience! Good, fast service and the cinnabon delights were delicious. It was our babies first Taco Bell trip at 23 days old, he got to taste some cinnamon sugar.
